Coffee on the Square
As you’ve probably guessed by the name, Coffee on the square used to be the local village bakery in Hartland spanning over several generations.
Being locally owned the owner has a lot of contacts to source the fresh ingredients that are used in their range of light lunches and cakes. Although not all ingredients can be sourced locally the owner ensures that they use as much as they can.
You will always find a warm welcome at Coffee on the square which is why locals meet regularly for lunch, socialising and for business as well. Free wi-fi is available. We also see a fair number of tourists to the area on day trips and holidays, who also add to the warm and friendly atmosphere of the shop.
Children - The coffee shop is child friendly, with plenty of room for pram access, baby changing and disabled facilities are available. Children’s meals are on the menu and gorgeous local ice cream too or even tempting Creme Egg cheesecake.
